CP.Sg offers a 14 days money back guarantee for all web hosting services. If you sign up for an account and wish to cancel it within the 14 days period, you will not be billed except for the one time administrative charge of S$15 and domain name registration fee. Administrative charge is necessary for the amount of work done to get your account online. As the rightful owner of the domain name, you will be liable for the domain name that you engaged CP.Sg to register. CP.Sg act as a registrar partner helping to register your domain name as a value-added service.

CP.Sg do not provides any refund for any early termination of hosting contract. Customers who wish to terminate their account will forfeit their unused months that are left in their hosting contract.

In the event that full payment is not received from the customer, CP.Sg reserve the rights to terminate the account and refund the partially paid amount less the one time administrative charge of S$15 and domain name registration fee (if any) .

Our price freeze guarantee also ensures that we will never raise your web hosting fee for as long as you remain a client.
